I’m sorry I haven’t been near the computer for a while… so my blog posts haven’t been up to date!!
Anyway – I’ve been under the weather so I didn’t go for a walk today (Wednesday). I didn’t feel like it and the weather was unpredictable. Lame reasons I know…
Food was a smoothie for breakfast as per usual, and during the day I ate very minimally – a mandarin, then some salmon with balsamic vinegar and a tiny bit of mayo for lunch. Later on I had an apple, then we went to an Italian restaurant for dinner. I had an entree of salad, then spaghetti and pizza marinara. For dessert much later I had a craving for peanut butter so I dipped a banana in the jar – mmm!
I have to say, the dinner was very good. Especially the pizza. The crust was the best I’ve ever tasted! It complimented the topping exquisitely. So much better than Domino’s or Pizza Hut…
I’m hoping I can knock this illness on the head by tomorrow – here’s hoping!
