I still haven’t quite knocked that flu… Had to go to work this morning so again the morning was super rushed. Didn’t have time for a workout…
But we had our signature smoothie- this time with a bit of pineapple. So good! Its good having it with whey protein. I can’t even taste it anymore… just blends nicely with the smoothie.
During the day I had a pear, another smoothie, a tamarillo, and a mandarin. Its quite good restricting the amount of food you eat during the day… I don’t feel hungry when I’m so busy. Just thirsty… and I did drink a bit more water today. A little bit.
So I’m not doing too good this week. Slack on the working out, a little slack on the liquid… oh, dinner was roast: beef, potato, onion, kumara, pumpkin and some broccoli. And some peach and mandarin segments for dessert - then a snack later of bread, peanut butter and honey. Yeah so a little slack on the food too. Hopefully tomorrow will be better…
