		<description>Great article........those are absolutely right on target!  Simple and straight to the point.  Being healthy is not difficult but changing life patterns can seem overwhelming.  It takes commitment and an awareness that &#039;feeling better&#039; is an option available to all of us.  Ultimate health is not just achievable for the few but the masses.  I would add 2 things, one shifting your mindset to limitlessness and apply the &#039;five rites&#039;
