The problem is making that right choice all the time when food really acts as part nutrition, part drug and all those high sugar quick fix food pack an intoxicating addicting punch that works so well for the quick &quot;high&quot; even though the crash is really horrible. I&#039;m still working on getting to the bottom of dealing with that part.</description>
