Well… an interesting start to our ‘blitz’. I worked out once - just once on Monday. I didn’t eat [much] unnecessary sugar, but I think I did overeat a little… However I was told that I looked like I’d lost weight. Whatever!
Elliot on the other had 3 workouts - Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. He just reminded me we had a tiny bit of sugar for dessert on Friday and then half a gluten free gingernut (it wasn’t that nice - I’d much rather have had a piece of mud cake!) on Sunday.
So, it wasn’t too bad a week - for starters anyway. I reckon its better to build up to routine, rather than start with a bang and then not be able to live up to it. I feel a bit annoyed at myself for only doing one workout. I could have tried harder… but I guess it can only get better from here.
We took before photos and I must say, posture is everything. When I stand all slouched like usual, you would have thought the camera lense would have shattered. But then when I stand straighter, I look like a different person… interesting! Makes me want to stand straight all the time. Anyway, Monday mornings are usually gloomy days, ones that hold little inspiration for the coming week. But after the week that was, I want to do better this coming one! I might even go workout now.
