Hi, how’s it going? This blog is about setting and achieving goals. Not just ordinary goals, but extraordinary goals, Check out my current goal list here, or browse through some of the articles below.
Well week two began on a positive note – I was all keen to get into working out and all that – but I don’t really know what happened. I guess I lost my positive drive! We ate alright – except for a little force-feeding by kindly relatives one evening. I had a great day on Saturday – I resisted two cheesecakes, chocolate cake, Crunchie bars, pineapple lumps, popcorn, and pavlova. I was quite proud of myself.
Workout wise – well, no run, and no kettlebells. On Tuesday I hopped on a stationary bike for 40 minutes but it wasn’t hardcore. I was a little under-motivated to say the least. Such a terrible start! How will I ever get to where I wanna be? Well Sunday I went to a self-defense class. A lot of fun and I was hurting on Monday. Just things like kicks, punches, chops – all great for a bit of fitness. But the fact that I was hurting meant that my fitness is just dropping.
As for Elliot – well he’s been working out a few times per week and eating well – except he didn’t manage to resist the cheesecake. He’s allowed a bit of a reward right? But yeah we’ve both been really feeling it when we do workout, so our fitness levels have just dropped. A bit disappointing, but it can only get better right? Hopefully next week will be better. You know, I just thought – the weather was absolutely horrible this week. Perhaps that had something to do with my motivation- or lack of. Hopefully the weather will be better next week!

good on ya for avoiding the pav and the crunchie bar, pineapple lumps, I like but can resist if I stop long enough to think about what I’m doing but I would be hard pressed if there were bag in front of me right now LOL.
