About Take Fit
For many years now, Elliot and I have been trawling through the the plethora of information that is found on the Internet, in books, textbooks and (both online and offline) journals, not to mention other sources. In the quest to lose weight, gain muscle and feel healthier we have come to discover that there is a lot of misinformation out there.
Many so-called ‘experts’ will tell you one thing whilst other ‘experts’ tell you the exact opposite, yet both will claim their information is scientific fact!
- How can you lose weight and not gain it back again?
- How can you build muscle?
- How can you get visible abdominal muscles?
- What foods should/shouldn’t you be eating?
These are all questions we had. Slowly but surely we began to find factual information in the sea of false marketing promises that you’ll hear in the media today. We also began to put this information to the test. Trial and error caused us to discover real answers to our questions, answers that actually work and will bring people the results they are after.
Essentially we are still working through all of the questions above and that is the purpose of this blog. We want to prove that what we know so far, will work for everyone and that it will bring lasting results. So if you want a six pack, or to lose weight, or maybe to gain some muscle on your frame, keep reading this blog!
In a short while I’ll include on this page, links to both Elliot and my individual journeys towards a leaner, harder body. I really recommend you check back to read these stories as they will be both motivating and beneficial for your own progress.
