Take Fit Reader Mailbag: Your Questions Are Finally Answered!
Do you have a question regarding fitness to which you’ve always wanted to know the answer? Maybe it’s regarding your workouts, or your dieting attempts, or perhaps you want to talk about your progress (or lack there of). The Take Fit Reader Mailbag is for you!
Just ask a question by submitting a comment below and your question will eventually be answered by Mckenna or myself through the main blog area of this website. If you use your main email address we’ll flick you an email when your question is dealt with.
If you want an answer from specifically from one of us just address the post to Mckenna or Elliot (depending on who you would like to receive the answer from).
NOTE: If we receive questions that are very similar we may bundle them together and deal with them with one answer instead of several. That way we kill a few birds with one stone as the saying goes and you don’t all get confused by us dealing with the same queries again and again!
